We received word that Bishop Joseph Cistone passed away during the night.  He was scheduled to have a procedure as part of his treatment for lung cancer when he was found dead.  Funeral arrangements are as follows (All services at Cathedral of Mary of the Assumption):

  • Evening Mass, 5:30 pm, Most Reverend Walter A. Hurley, apostolic administrator of the Diocese of Saginaw, principal celebrant

  • Morning Prayer, 9:00 am
  • Visitation, 9:00 am - 8:00 pm
  • Rosary led by Knights of Columbus, 3:00 pm
  • Vigil Liturgy, 7:00 pm
• Tuesday, October 23 
  • Funeral Mass, 11:00 am
